Felted Landscape with Dimensional Fibers
Felting
Andrea Rummel
Sunday, October 26, 2025 9am to 12pm
Create a richly layered landscape using needle felting techniques in this immersive fiber art class. We’ll begin by building a wool background to set the scene—blending sky, land, and atmosphere. Then, bring your composition to life with added texture and depth using yarns, roving, silk, and other mixed fibers. You’ll learn how to sculpt with fiber, add dimension beyond the frame, and use color and layering to tell a story. By the end of class, you'll have a framed, tactile artwork that captures the beauty of nature in fiber form. All skill levels are welcome. All supplies are included.
